Todd & Dawnita

We are Todd & Dawnita, recently serving in a country in NW Africa, and have 5 amazing children. I, Todd, am a Family Medicine doctor and am a native Kansan, but Dawnita grew up in Burundi, Africa. We met here in Wichita during my medical training. After my residency, we served in East Africa for several years. Since returning to Wichita I began working as faculty at a local Family Medicine residency program and connecting with many missional resident physicians. The Holy Spirit began shining His spotlight for us on North Africa and the Middle East and revealing to us the strategy of using medicine to get missional doctors into difficult places as message bearers and disciple makers. We joined DN several years ago and help steward its international outreach.
