US BASED MISSIONS

Jesus Christ commanded us to proclaim the gospel in all creation.  We do not need to travel far to do it, it is a close as our own children or across the street.  Disciple Making is one of the two rails our ministry runs on.

Engaging UPG's in the US

There are over 500 Unengaged People Groups (UPG's) in the United States.  Disciple Nations missionaries are making disciples among these unengaged peoples and training these new believers to help spread the gospel of Christ.  Some have chosen to live among these people groups where their religion is majority in the area.

Human Trafficking Victims

Oppression can take many forms, but for women working in the "adult service" industry, they are both oppressed by using their bodies as objects in return for money and at the heart level.  We have a team of female missionaries who have engaged women in strip clubs and brothels and group homes.  They build relationship and make friends with the ladies and share the gospel often.  We also provide trauma-based counseling services to human trafficking victims.  In several cases we have helped women walk away from the "old life" and start "new lives" in Christ, doing honest work and caring for their families.

Discipling The Bride of Christ

Disciple Nations recognizes that many within the church at large within the US have not had adequate life-on-life discipleship and are often living carnally minded lives rather than Holy Spirit-led lives.  We serve the church by coming alongside pastors, leaders, and others willing to grow through discipleship relationships.

Equipping & Sending The Church

How can they hear unless someone tells them?  (Romans 10:14-15).  Training a generation to know Christ and make Him known in the nations and Unreached People Groups (UPG's).

Inner City Missions

Inner city disciple making is often strong in evangelism among those who do not yet believe.  This can take many forms, such as street evangelism, homeless outreaches, events in parks, and making disciples among neighbors where we live.  DN missionaries also serve in schools and among young people through the ministry of Young Life.

Receiving Internationals

With the nations at our doorstep, missionaries with Disciple Nations seek to engage international refugees with love and hospitality as means to build bridges for relationship and sharing the gospel.  We do this in Afghan refugee communities, welcoming into homes, and serving within ministries who serve the international community.
